Yummy. Will definitely make again. I used ginger and chives from my spice rack rather than the fresh stuff. I also used regular pepper. I didn't have any wine, so I substituted 2T apple cider vinegar and 1T water. I also wasn't motivated to make my own wraps, and I happened to run across egg roll wraps in the refrigerated section of the grocery store (non-specialty, so yours most likely has them too). They worked great and I had just the right number for the amount of filling. I pan fried them and dipped them in soy sauce.

These are delicious! We will be making them frequently in our home. Get your food processor or Ninja out to save some time on the chopping, (I personally like finely chopped veggies when the dumpling is petite) this will save a lot of time and grief. The recipe makes plenty of filling, enough to save some for the next day, and it still tasted as good as the restaurant version of these light delights. This of course gave me the idea for next time to prep the filling on the weekend and keep it handy for anytime during the week.
