Directions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Saute onion, carrot and celery. Add bell pepper and garlic. Cook all until tender
- Add broth, tomatoes, water and cabbage, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Add chickpeas and continue to simmer another 10 minutes. Season with hot sauce and salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
