- 2 onions (Medium sized, chopped finely)
- 3 green chilies (slit)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- 10 green beans (cut into small pieces)
- 3 carrots (Medium Sized, cubed/chopped into small pieces)
- 1 potato (medium sized, cubed)
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1/4 cup soya granules
- 1 1/2 tsp. Biryani Masala (available in Indian grocery shops, optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp. red chili powder (adjust according to your spice level)
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup mint leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. curd
- 1 tsp. salt (adjust according to your taste)
