- 2 cinnamon sticks (about 1-inch each)

- 1/2 firm tofu
- 1/2 cup soymilk
- 1/2 cup mint leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
- 2 green chilies (slit down the middle)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup cashewnuts (chopped)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 pinch saffron
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- salt (to taste)
