- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 450 grams mixed vegetables (cut into bite-sized pieces, eg courgette, aubergine, carrot, celery, onion)

- 400 grams chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

Fantastic tasty dish, which is especially good to use up vegetables. I added dates with it, and served it with lemon pepper rice ( omitted pepper from the main recipe because it was in the rice.) Will definitely make again. Great camping dish. Very versatile.

So good! Added more Harissa & 1tsp curry paste & some cinnamon. I used mushrooms, carrots, aubergine, zucchini , robot peppers as my veggies. Served on a bed of couscous & spinach. Yummy!

Added extra harissa. This is great for using up the last of the veggies before grocery shopping day.

I added 1 tsp of chilli powder and 1 tsp of fennel seeds as well as he listed spices. It turned out very well.
