    This turned out great! Used stone ground pastry flout instead of a gluten free flour and substituted chocolate chips for cranberries since I didn’t have any. Added about 1/4 cup almond milk to thin out the batter before pouring into the pan. Used an 8x8 baking pan plus it made about 10 muffins. A good sweet bread for a hot summer day!
