- 4 Tbsp. water
- 300 grams sweet potato (cooked, I usually bake it when oven on day or two before)
- 3 oz. medjool dates (weight without stones)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 4 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (/raw cacao)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 30 grams almond flour (/almond meal)
- 75 grams white rice flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. chili powder (mine is relatively hot - if yours is mild you may want a little more)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
