- 2 1/2 Tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce (or tamari)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (each:, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, cayenne)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil (for cooking)
- plain flour (for dusting)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. capers (drained and roughly chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. red onion (minced)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
