- gluten free soy sauce (reduced sodium)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable broth (pacific organic)
- 1 yellow onion (medium, finely diced)
- 2 celery stalks (finely diced)
- 1 carrots (finely sliced, slivers)
- 1 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (choose a vegan wine)
- 1 Tbsp. flour (of choice)
- 3 cups water (or broth)
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 6 all-purpose potatoes (small, peeled, cut into small dice cubes)
- 3/4 cup frozen corn
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves (crushed)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. dried shallots (freeze)
- 2 tsp. sea salt (more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. dulse (kelp flakes, optional)
