- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. vegan butter (I like Naturli)
- 1 onion (or a couple of small shallots sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (sliced finely)
- 250 grams beef strips (Fry's)
- 200 grams mushrooms (sliced)
- 150 grams base (Cashew, see previous recipe)
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 200 mL stock (I use Bouillon when I'm feeling lazy, but there's nothing quite like a homemade stock)
- 1 bunch fresh parsley (roughly chopped)
