I made it just like the recipe on Saturday. Today I’m making 2 loaves at the same time using less sugar and oil.🤞

Incredible. Subbed almond milk for water and baked them in cupcake molds. Important to remember to reserve the zucchini water, and chocolate chips were a delicious sub for the walnuts.

Divided into 2 bread loaf pans and added vegan chocolate chips on top. Tastes great!
