Totally delicious and guest-worthy. Great hot and cold. Like another reviewer said, I had to add more liquid (maybe 1 cup?)Kids liked it too! Next time, double or triple the recipe because it goes fast.

Great recipe, I did end up adding more vegetable stock because it was too thick. But everyone loved it :)
