- 1/4 tsp. salt

- 1 slice bread
- vegan whipped cream (optional)
- vegan powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
- 4 cups chopped strawberries (you can use frozen if you don’t have any fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. agave syrup
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. water
