- 1 cup mayo (cashew, divided reserve ½ cup)
- 2 Tbsp. seaweed (chopped, dulse or sea kelp granuals)
- 2 tsp. black salt
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
