- 3/4 cup chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms (choice)
- 1 cup bell peppers (diced)
- 1 1/4 cups broccoli (chopped)
- 1 cup spinach
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (I used almond milk)
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. turmeric
