Really captured the consistency of an egg yolk. Have to say needed a lot of salt to get any flavour but saying that I didn't have the black salt so might have been better with that. Still a fun recipe!!

Very tasty egg yolk substitute. I couldn’t find black salt at the store and tried the recipe anyway. It was still quite tasty. I look forward to trying it one day when I get around to buying the black salt, but I will keep making it the same until then.

This stuff is breakfast “crack”!! I would say tho that making it without the Indian Black salt is kind of a let down!! Go to the Indian or Middle eastern market first it is totally worth the effort!! The Vegan fried egg recipe is killer as well!!

Yummy, but I think I’d like a little bit more flavor to it. I doubled it, and that might have been what made it taste weaker? Still good though.
