- unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
- chocolate shavings (optional)
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (beverage, lukewarm, here we used So Delicious)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
