My husband loved it the coconut milk with the coconut fat made it so satisfying very good we’ll make again!
However there was one glitch. I picked it this morning and put it on the calendar for this evening. The calendar was not a hot link to the recipe and when I went to find it again it wasn’t as easy as I would have thought. There are a number of vegan tikka Marsalas with cauliflower

Seriously, the best thing I’ve made in a while! Doubled the garlic and ginger, but everything else was spot on. Definitely enough salt (next time I will probably reduce that a touch). Highly recommend this recipe!!
