- 75 grams firm tofu (cubed)
- 1/2 capsicum (diced)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup zucchini (sliced)
- 1 small carrot (sliced)
- 5 mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup sweet potato (cubed, boiled)
- 1 spinach (diced Bokchoy or handful of)
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- salt (to taste)
