- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 yellow onion (medium, diced)
- sea salt

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 8 oz. tempeh (cut into bite-size cubes)
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 8 cups turnip greens (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1 tsp. natural sugar (agave nectar, or maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsp. malt vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. non-dairy creamer (I used So Delicious coconut milk creamer)
