- 1 cup teff flour (whole, 150 g)
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour (50 g)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (25 g)

- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tea
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (or any other chosen "surprise", see notes above, optional)
