- 2 cups chopped mushrooms (coarsely, OR an 8 ounce package of sliced mushrooms coarsely chopped)
- 1 lb. seitan (ground, see note above)
- 1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables (bag of)
- 1 lb. frozen tater tots (bag of)
- black pepper (to taste)
