- 1 sweet potato (medium, peeled, cubed, cooked and mashed)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary (chopped)
- salt (/pepper to taste)
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (or more if needed)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- burger toppings (Top with your favorite, I used avocado, red onions, sesame seeds, and vegan basil pesto)

Soft, melt in the mouth, I added 1 potato as well & dried herbs for extra flavour.

Turned out great! I would make it again. I added more tofu than the recipe suggested.
