- 1.5 kilograms potatoes (peeled and cut into even sized pieces, around 5cm/2inch in size)
- 2 tsp. plain flour
- 3 Tbsp. sunflower oil
- 75 grams flour
- 75 grams gram flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 90 mL aquafaba
- 250 mL milk (Plant)
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sunflower oil
- 1 medium onion (finely diced)
- 2 medium carrots (finely diced)
- 5 grams fresh thyme (stems removed and finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. marmite (or other yeast extract brand)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 500 mL vegetable stock
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
