I used pre made store baught sun dried tomato pesto instead of making it myself so I had to add s ome extra Italian seasoning and garlic to make it less bland but after that delicious! And also did not make vegan

This meal was fabulous! I had leftover pesto that I used for other dishes and as a side on the outskirts of my salad, like CAVA does with their salads.
