- 2 cloves garlic (pressed or finely minced)
- 2 tsp. sumac
- 2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds (use 1 tsp. for the filling, and 1 tsp. to sprinkle on top)
