- 5 grams yeast (traditional, instant may also be used)
- 8 grams sugar (any kind you like)
- 10 grams salt
- 375 grams flour (cups all-purpose, * plus more for kneading)
- 15 grams nutritional yeast (optional)
- 175 mL pizza sauce (your choice)
- 4 cheese slices (meltable vegan)
- 175 mL vegan cheese (shreds or sauce)
