This was good ! I doubled the recipe for 15 people and it was too much, but the flavor was good. (Careful not to cook the tops of the lentils too long.) I also served it with this onion gravy, which was divine: https://itdoesnttastelikechicken.com/8-traditional-thanksgiving-christmas-sides-made-vegan/
