- brown rice
- 1 cup brown rice (short-grain)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- vegetables (Grouped in stages of cooking)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 white onion sliced (large, thin)
- 16 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 head broccoli (cut into bite-sized florets)
- 1/2 head cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced thin)
- 2 heads bok choy
- 2 carrots (cut into coins)
- 1 zucchini (cut into coins)
- 1 inch fresh ginger (grated)
- black sesame seeds (unchecked▢, optional garnish)
- stir fry sauce (Makes 1 ½ cup; I only used ¼ -½ cup)
- 1/2 cup tamari sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder

This was absolutely delicious! I Loved it! A lot of prep work cutting up all those vegetables, making the rice & sauce but well worth it. The cauliflower & broccoli pretty much disintegrated during cooking. I would suggest not adding them till the very end & only cooking them for about 10min. at most. I also added more of the sauce than they suggested!
