Pretty yummy! Needs a bit of salt though otherwise the balsamic vinegar makes it kind of sweet.

when i wasn't having a plant based lifestyle i never used to like mac and cheese but this is wonderful. theres a bit of sauce left over ti make more

I love this recipe! I’ve made it so many times now. I do use almond milk in place of the water though to add a bit more flavor.

It’s good. Since we are vegetarians and not vegans, and since I didn’t have any yeast, I switched it with light mozzarella cheese. Maybe it should be a little bit more spicy

Pretty good. I used almond milk instead of water in the blender mixture. I sautéed another shallot with mushrooms and the spinach and then added the shells and sauce. I used this as a main dish. Next time I’ll add even more veggies so it’s not mainly pasta.

It was a good recipe in theory and looked amazing.... but it just wasn't the same lol. I'm currently transitioning into becoming vegan and thought this would be a great first step but it fell flat. Maybe my taste buds need to readjust to these types of flavors but this recipe definitely didn't sit well with my current palate.

So yummy! Definitely needed a bit more water than 1/2 cup to thin it down a bit. But so far the best vegan mac&cheese recipe I tried.

Great dish, my teenager even loved it! We will definitely be adding this recipe to our favorites. I did not modify it at all.
