The recipe of my dreams! I've always loved this classic dip but could never eat it b/c of all the fat. Now I can eat all I want! THANK YOU! 😋

I make this for family/holiday dinners. Everyone loves it. I don't tell anyone it's vegan and no one knows - they think it's the creamiest, cheesiest dip ever. It's honestly really good. I like to cook, so I end up modifying most recipes I see, but this is a great jumping off point and can be followed to the T. I usually make a bigger batch and keep adding spices to taste, until I get it how I like it. Sometimes I leave out the artichoke because I don't like it that much...
