    Great was bland to me in flavor but a little salt did the trick. Kids loved it the way it was.

    This recipe is awesome! I added more tomato sauce, more broth, 5 tablespoons of couscous and 2 medium-sized tomatoes. Also, I subbed the green peppers for red peppers because I don't like the green ones :D To add a more Asian touch to this recipe, I added soy sauce and brown sugar to the simmer.

    I added a little rosemary and basil gave it an ekstra kick to the taste, plus i add an extra clove of garlic. I also add most of the Green peppers in the end to preserve most of the vitamin C. Really good instructions and really good recipe and very nutritious (I am a dietitian)!
