- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 cup onions (sliced)
- 1 cup carrot (coins)
- 1 pkg. extra firm tofu (or firm, cut into cubes, cheat by buying an 8 ounce package of pre-cut extra firm cubes)
- 1 tsp. corn starch (organic, optional, make the sauce thicken)
- quinoa (cooked brown rice, or other grain)
- lettuce leaves (to make wraps)
