This lentil soup is sooo delicious! I used the InstantPot. Prep and cooking took no time. I added a little French bread on the side and what a meal!

wasn't the best thing i've eaten, the herbs were not super tasty. I think I prefer something more piquant

I loved this recipe. I doubled it and had enough for my bf and i to have multiple meals throughout the week! Will definitely be making this one again.
