This needed some major “doctoring up”. The tomato sauce was very bland & also acidic. I added veggie stock & sriracha for some flavor. Lentils also needed at least another whole cup of water and cooking time was quadrupled. Potatoes also had zero flavor. It was salvageable but I won’t be making this one again.
