- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if necessary)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika (or more)
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne (or more)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. allspice (or more)
- 1 dash ground nutmeg (cinnamon, or clove, ground ginger)
