- 6 Tbsp. breadcrumbs (gluten free if needed, see note)
- 3 Tbsp. pine nuts
- 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup potato (cooked, peel before cooking, about 1 medium potato)
- 1/4 onion (medium, cook with potato)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup raw cashews (see note)
- 1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk (can use almond too)
- 1 cup broth (veggie, low sodium if needed)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
