So flavorful! I also used peanut butter and it was great!

Used the light coconut milk and it was still very tasty. Also used olive oil instead of coconut oil to reduce the saturated fat content. If I was making it for a crowd I would use full fat, but this was a great option for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Went great. I'm not the best cook, and haven't tried a proper curry so I was really pleasantly surprised

This was seriously nice. Very easy to make too. I added red peppers, courgettes and cherry tomatoes 10 mins from end that worked out really well

Probably the best curry I have ever made!

Brilliant! Simple enough, a bit different from most curries we make and it tastes very nice. That despite the fact that I did not use any salt or chillies because our LO was going to eat with us. Fresh Coriander and a zest of lemon hen serving makes it fantastic. We've had it without and it is not the same although still nice. Just finished he first attempt it and will make another batch for the week.

Delicious I will make it again. I left out the chili powder. My family loved it.

I was a little bit hesitant about this at first because my family isn’t used to these flavors, but it was so delicious! I subbed almond milk for coconut milk and used only half the amount because that’s what I had, and I used less nut butter than called for. Will definitely make again!!

It came out very good. The whole family really enjoyed this dal. Even better the second day when served with a different rice dish and homemade naan. I will definitely make this again.

This is my favorite dish! I make it almost once a week and eat it for lunch most days of the week. I like it even spicier and add more peppers

I doubled the spices required, and added baked chicken. Perfect!

This is a crowd pleaser. I make a double batch and send leftovers home for lunch. If you feel like adding more spice, sriracha works really well

I enjoyed it, but gf thought it was bland. I would make it again, but with some mods that others have already suggested to add more flavor.

Had higher hopes for this recipe. Smelled so flavorful while I was making it but then ended up tasting a bit bland other than just the heat. Think some onions would have improved it and maybe upping the amount of ginger and garlic.
