- 1/2 cup quinoa (uncooked)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup carrot (grated)
- 1/3 cup spring onion (chopped, approx. 2 onions)
- 3/4 cup cherry (tomates halved)
- 1 cup purple cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped, to sprinkle)
- sea salt (and paper to taste)
- cayenne pepper (to taste, optional)
- 4 corn (tortille wraps or other wrap of choice)
- fresh lime (to serve)
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 2 limes juiced
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 pinch sea salt (and pepper)
- water (splash, for thinning, I used about 2 tbsp)
