- 2 Tbsp. seed (light grape, or coconut oil, melted + extra for cooking)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (or coconut nectar)
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans (soaked in hot water then drained well)
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup Quinoa Flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca starch
- 1 cup chopped pecans (or a mix of other nuts)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
