- 3/4 cup spelt flour
- 1/4 cup protein powder (brown rice, or other protein powder of your choice)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 10 drops liquid stevia (I used Sweet Leaf Vanilla Stevia, OR you can use ¼ cup granulated unrefined sugar of choice - such as cane sugar, coconut palm sugar, etc.)
- 2 bananas (medium very ripe, mashed)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup granola (naturally sweetened, optional, I used New World Barley Malt Granola)
- almond butter (for slathering ;)
