Delicious! I used regular milk instead of coconut milk. Especially satisfying because the leeks, potatoes, and carrots were all from my own garden!

Super tasty! I used celery AND leeks and I didn’t have a zucchini, so I used a green pepper. Yummers

The ingredients list in Yummly says 2 stalks celery and it should say LEEKS. The recipe is delicious though!! (And I tend to always catch the mistake too late as I’m making my list and end up buying celery then going back to the store for leeks- I do add in the 2 stalks celery even though it’s not in the real recipe and it’s great!)
