    Came out perfect. I added some nutritional yeast to the tofu mix and a little more soy milk as the last time I made it it was a little dry.

    Needed heaps of flavour. I added cheese, chilli, basil pesto, nutritional yeast, kept adding until tofu tasted nice. Then it was amazing.

    i cooked it in my Neff vario steam oven for 30mins on circotherm with medium steam. no foil no extra time needed. it was perfect just as in picture.
