- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup fresh peas (or frozen)
- 2 cups chicken (chopped seitan, or favourite chicken substitute of choice)
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1 pkg. puff pastry (vegan)
- 2 Tbsp. vegan butter (melted or aquafaba)
