- 1 tsp. steak seasoning (I use Montreal steak spice)
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 garlic clove (fresh, minced)
- 4 hamburger buns (buttered and grilled optional)
- mixed greens (or lettuce)
- sliced tomatoes
- roasted red peppers (Jarred, or pickled peppers, both delicious)
- red onions (Thinly sliced)
- pesto mayo (Vegan, Recipe below)
- 3/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. pesto (vegan)
- lemon juice (Squeeze of, to taste)
