Delicious, had to cook it for a bit longer but thats probably my ovens fault. Very lovely balance if flavours.

I thought the wine paired very well with this dish, and the aroma that filled the house was supreme!

This recipe was great! Reminded me of the stew my mom used to make. The flavors were spot on but I did have to add about 1-1/2 teaspoons of salt to adequately season the potatoes.

This dish is delicious! I am new to vegan food and lifestyle so considering I was eating meat 2 weeks ago, I'm impressed! I cooled it for an extra 45 minutes because I left my potato's and carrots sorta chunky. I wish I had something to do with the remainder of this bottle of white wine since I'm not a drinker. I will see tonight how my meat eating family feels about it. I will definitely make this again.

omg i hated this, it took HOURS because it didnt say to par-cook the potatoes beforehand.
