- 1/4 cup raisins (soaked in boiling water for 15 min and chopped)
- 30 grams chopped walnuts
- 20 grams candied orange peel (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds (or ground chia)
- 125 grams all purpose flour (sifted)
- 7 grams instant yeast
- 1 pinch turmeric (for colour, optional)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 60 mL milk (lukewarm plant)
- 25 grams coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- water
