- unsweetened almond milk
- lemon juice (or orange juice)
- ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)
- 12 oz. pineapple (ripe, chopped and frozen. About 1 ½ cups)
- 16 oz. strawberries (ripe, chopped, and frozen. About 2 cups)
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (or agave syrup)
- 2 oz. white rum (to make it boozy = daikiri)
- 1 scoop protein powder (clean, plain or vanilla flavored to make it a protein smoothie)
