- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp. chilli flakes (dried)

- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast

- freshly ground black pepper
- 350 grams plain flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 100 grams vegetable fat (I use Trex)
- 175 mL water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. mustard powder (English)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
