- 1 tortilla (Large Brown Rice, or other, if you have a personal favorite)
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste (Salt-Free)
- 2 Tbsp. sliced olives (rinsed well to get excess salt off)
- 2 Tbsp. sweet onion (Chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
